MPSC Recruitment 2017 for multiple positions: MPSC is inviting application from interested candidates for the openings in multiple positions. Among the 1108 vacancies, 650 is for the Sub Inspector post and 251 is for Sales Tax Inspector post. Eligibility to apply for the MPSC Recruitment 2017

Age Limit: –

As the recruitment is carrying out for multiple posts, the age limit also varies for them. For the post of Assistant Desk Operator, open candidates with age between 18 to 38 can apply. However, the reserved candidates with ages up to 43 can apply for the same. The Sub inspector recruitment is for open candidates who falls in the age group of 19 years to 31 years. The reserved candidates will get an additional 3 year i.e. their maximum age will be 34 years. For remaining posts, please check the official notification.

Educational Qualification: –

A graduation is what is mandatory for the candidate to get eligible to apply for the MPSC Recruitment 2017.

How to apply for the MPSC Recruitment 2017: –

Below is the step by step process to apply for the recruitment.

  1. For the online application form, go to the official website of Maharashtra Public Service Commission at
  2. Candidates will be asked to select the post that they wants to apply for.
  3. Successful selection of the same will ask them to entire all the required details in the application form.
  4. Candidates can take a copy of the e challan and the filled application form from there.
  5. The fees of the e challan need to be submitted to the nearby SBI branch.

 Selection Process: –

Candidates who displayed good performance in the preliminary exams will be then called for the second-round tests. It includes physical test (in the case of Police Sub Inspector Recruitment) and interview and successful completion of the same will make the candidate eligible for getting selected.
